Just a heads up for anyone dealing with Midwest Conference Service. I don't know how much they are used by FIRST, but at the Sacramento regional they handled the drayage. They tried to bill me twice for a slight overage. Full excerpt from their email below. I decided to check my credit card to make sure and was surprised to hear that the charge went through just fine. I asked them how many teams they had collected on and they said about ten.
I asked them to call all the teams they potentially double billed...we'll see. I don't suspect foul play...but it is obvious the head does not know what the hands are doing in this company.

The charge was for $44.00 dollars and it was in regards to the Sacramento Regional. The credit card which was supplied, came up invalid when it was ran through our credit card machine. This could be do to incorrect credit card information given to me.
