It's Microsoft power tools. It says that you shouldn't use this unless you are an advanced user - but it's so simple it SHOULD come with Windows standard..

Yeah, of course I use it... many people probably do, but they may not post up after every single new thread is created
In any case, my edition of Fireworks MX is my favorite for it... though Photoshop for imaging any day.
(Nearly any piece of software for $20 from Cornell University here == very very good)
