Teams that received NASA funding in a previous year and are applying for second year funding must also:
-Complete and submit a Chairman's award submission to at least one FIRST regional competition, providing a duplicate copy of the Chairman's Award submission to NASA
-Demonstrate existing corporate sponsorship of at least $6000
-Provide evidence that your team is actively mentoring
or willing to mentor a rookie FIRST team during the 2002-2003 season
These were last year's guidelines, and there are no guarantees that the conditions will be the same next year.
