I would like to say I am here, but anyway...

What you need to do is convert your video into a .avi file (or any other supported type), then make any sort of object you want to place it on (a box or plane usualy works the best). Open the material editer and select a blank material. On the right side of the diffuse color box there is a small gray square. Click on this, then select the option bitmap. Another window will open and ask you want file you want to use. Change the file type to .avi (or whatever), then find your video file and open it. Apply this material to the object you just made. When you render the file the video will apper in the shape of the object.

*Note* I would be careful with how much video you use, and how big it is displayed, since this may cause the render to be very large.
