I live in Indiana, and this year it appeared that they stopped the whole buying a slip thing. I remember back in 2001 they made you pay a few bucks for this stupid piece of paper that said you would not light them in enclosed areas, and stuff like that. Last year (2002) they had it where you didn't have to buy the card, just sign a contract (simmilar to 2001's) for no charge.

This year, I spent way to much money at firework stores all over Northwest Indiana, and at no location was I ever asked to buy a card or sign a slip.

Note: Best Firework- Ones you build you'reself. To bad I didn't get a video of my 1800 missle shots. It took 16 minutes. It was pretty cool.
