Now that the location for the Championship Event next year has been announced, I think we should plan a time and place for a meeting of the Grand FIRST Team, because the Championships will probably be the best time to get the most interested people together. Since I live just outside of Atlanta (still considered in the metro area) I'm in a good position to start arranging these things and I'm willing too, so...

Who all wants to come to this? (I want to know how many people to expect)

When would be a good time to have it?

What sort of facilities would we need? (Just a hotel room, a large conference room, a machince shop...?)
