It should have just about every ability you can imagine (as we're building, not the company that hosts it, and we're having a professional company host it). PHP and all that should be in it as we're looking at programming in PHP as well (as soon as we learn it).

Would teams be willing to donate to building a 'super-server'? We're trying to build our own mega-server and are looking for anyone with money or parts that they could possibly donate.
