vertical conveyor belt

At one of the SCRRF workshops, it was mentioned that some teams had illegally used "vertical conveyor belt" on their wheels for traction in past years. Now that any belt is legal, I was trying to find that belt. McMaster has a bunch of types of "incline conveyor belt", and I was wondering which type would be the best and would give the highest traction (in other words, have the highest CoF) against carpet. I believe it was a rep from Team 60 (Kingman) who talked about this, but I'm not sure. If anyone has any info (it doesn't look like anyone from team 60 posts here), please help me out! Thanks once again.
