I met Rob this year when I started trying to do the autonomous workshops at UCF and working on making sample codes for teams to use as guides, and he was the first one to walk over and say "What can I do?" Then later when I had my own problems, he came right over and helped out. At UCF, overnight they left the AC on and it rained, sucking water right into Cogsquad's robot since they were in the corner. Rob and his teammates set right to work and performed some miracles, and he can work under the stress and keep thinking strategically, even if a chunk of their robot is taken off during a match

I saw many teams using his RoboEmu software to test out their code, while the pit crew worked on the robot, then they'd be ready to go when the pit crew was ready, without ever needing to use the robot, just to tweak some numbers. You deserve this Rob, excellent job!
