We have just finished posting a whole series of resource materials on the FIRST website for anyone who has a meeting with a sponsor.
These can be found under the new section at the top called FOR VOLUNTEERS. The new web page is the Resource Center for Regional Directors and Committee Volunteers

A password is required to access this and I am happy to give it to anyone who needs it. Just email me at
gsalp@aol.com. Each page is a combination of text and photos designed to help you sell FIRST to any potential sponsor.
I like to call them "pick up and go" pages because you can print off the ones you think will be most useful and take them with you! One is even a tri-fold brochure.

http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/resources.htm including the Volunteers' Handbook which is a guide on how to approach a corporate sponsor, high school principal, etc.
