I'm using SDCC for a chip in my High Tech class (
www.pjrc.com), and it seems to be pretty easy to use, even on Windows (yeah, it's pretty weird using Linux commands on Windows
). I can't say I'm experienced with it, but what I've done has been pretty easy. And it's all happy CLI
