That's domain forwarding/pointing/masking (different places call it different things...). The thing is because of the way DNS works, you can't just say "Hey...go over here to this page." You'd have to set up a virtual host on the server it's being pointed to, etc etc. There are services like DynDNS (www.dyndns.org) and DNS2GO (lost the link ) that you can type in "go to <address> or <ip>" and it will do so. Basically what they do is setup a virtual host for you then redirect to another ip or url when you tell them to. Useful if you're hosting on a connection that changes your ip address a lot.
