Money--fundraising helps, but, well i'm not sure exactly...BUT
Time, vehicles, permission, PEOPLE--- SIMPLE--- WE'RE JUST ADDICTED TO FIRST!!!! Our alumni and parents enjoy going on the trips as much as the students! Any chance we get to drive our robot, we at least
try to jump on it. As long as we get enough people for a driving crew and a vehicle to haul the bot, we're set.
We're crazy people when it comes to off-season comps:
-Leave @ 4 AM
-Most get NO sleep the night b4(you can usuallly find me grabbing a quick nap at the comp
)
-We drive counless miles for nothing more than a CHANCE for trophies(or Tiki's, whichever the case may be)
-Then we get to do it all over again in a week or two
