I have it on my XP laptop. I don't use AutoCad 14 much anymore as I switched over to Inventor. But for some jobs you still can't beat wireframe.
Anyway, I've never had any problems, at least not when I remembered to plug in the dongle.
I think it was my main CAD system on the machine for 6 or 9 months.
