Please dont post in all Caps, it's like screaming and not very nice. As for www.firstcadlibrary.com , yep, it's down. Nope there isnt a good replacement. This would also be better in the CAD Forum, for now keep your eyes out for this thread. http://forums.chiefdelphi.com/showthread.php?t=22854
