Brecoflex is a supplier of FIRST and popular among teams. While I don't recall if they had a booth in Houston, they're a good resource.

The TechnoKats also have another source they used for their belting and pulleys in 2003. I can't recall the name of that company, so maybe a 'Kat can chime in and help out.
