Yes, it means that this (*pokes screen*) is where the hash of the passphrase is so that the program can know if it is correct or not, and this (*pokes screen again*) is where the permissions are set.
The rest is the gibberish that happens to come when you encode something.
This is actually more than likely a cryptographically "annoying" problem. It's not hard, but it's not easy, mainly because it is (more likely than not) going to be made up of english words, and an applicable number or two.
I'd say that there is going to be 2004 at the beginning of it, and that was helped along by the above post. It is probably 2004[nameofgame] just so that it is harder to guess via a dictionary crack. If anyone is staying up really late tonight trying to find it, I can point you to a very good dictionary file (85,000).
