Actually, if anyone has the adobe acrobat professional edition (not the reader) then there is a way to turn off the password needed each time.
Goto (in the file/edit/view toolbar) Document --> Security --> Display Restrictions and Security and then select no security from the security method pull down menu.
there should be something similar in adobe reader =)

the code is case sensative and is recomended to cut and paste into the password field. There isnt a visable option to turn off the security after you have input the password for future referance so i would say to get the unencrypted version.
