7.4.4 A Maximum of 4 matches will be played; if after 4 matches , neither alliance has 2 wins the alliance with the highest score in this round advances.
possible best 3 out 4 i would think its either 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 4 maybe someone else can clarify. thats all i found in the book was 4 matches
they said leniant on the rules to lighten the book yet i think they forgot some info as well
