I don't think they expected you to reshape your left hand. I would suggest giving one to each driver if you use single stick drive. If you prefer two like I do, you'll probably want to pick up a couple of those old flight sticks from a supplier or your old kit and then the other driver can use one of these while you save the other for next year (remember, they might cut them off for veterans!).

I was under the impression that the new joysticks were supplied by Innovation FIRST, who would be well aware of the situation.
