Take a look around at other threads and you should find some answers. (use the search function) You can have something spring loaded and release it, you can use pneumatics, motors, telescopes, etc. It might be better for you to contact someone directly if you don't get the help you need from looking around - that way you can have a conversation and get a better idea.
