Re: Calculating Wheel Size To Climb

I would really advise against having castors in the back if you want to climb. The big problem with castors is that you can't control their orientation so it will make it very difficult to control the direction of your robot with your back end spinning away. Having skids or non-powered wheels would be better than castors. Even better would be a 4 wheel drive. If you have any questions about how to do this, email me.
