Our website is just starting off and whatever but my buddy who did the design did it all in Dreamweaver. Not that is hardcore or anything but I think it came out nicely. Anyways I do all the little notes and blah blah blah in notepad. I think useing programs like Dreamweaver makes it real easy for people to learn HTML if your too lazy to pick up a book and read about it. Plus with PHP and mySQL you really can't use anything but a notepad or equivlent to edit/make those parts.
