Publicly congratulating an individual on a job well done often affects their subconcious in an acceptable way (eh, they wanna keep doing what they do). With that said, I congratulate Brandon on the fantastic job he is doing as webmaster of ChiefDelphi's site (the extra content, too...). Keep it going forward, while telling yourself "I'll never look back."
