But even if that isn't convenient for you, it lists the teams by province so maybe you could contact one of them to do a demonstration or something like that.

Try contacting the Directors of the FLL Tournaments. Most will have videos of the competition and they would be happy to get a copy to you.
This weekend is probably the last weekend of FLL Tournament.
