I know this thread isn't for this but I just want to answer Maxgebhardt. We have, it's useless, It's called "red tape". If school is cancelled they don't want anyone in the building--period. If we use the school on weekends or odd hours we have to pay the board of ed out of our team funds for use (custodial coverage) of the building. No other teams (swimming, track, volleyball, ect.) have to do this. Needless to say our team knows where it stands on the totem pole in relation to the school board. Like I said, red tape. If anyone wants to discuss this more we'll start another thread.

So, in keeping with the current thread,

When you start figuring out how much vacation time you have so you can take days of just to work on the robot.
