1. Those are our idler assemblies, for tensioning the chain
2. Mentor Scott Tupper has a machine shop with a waterjet, we waterjetted the numbers out
3. More traction while turning (we may notch the smooth tires).
4. Those are custom hubs (made with a mill). We felt that the kit 45 tooth sprockets were to heavy, so we made these. The hubs bolt on to the disc part of the sprocket. The hubs have 2 set screws, as well.
5. Wheels to axle: We made a custom keyed hub and pressure fitted it in. We also have an internal star washer to keep it from sliding.
