ziptties will work...glue is bad...those motors WILL heat up, a LOT...last year they leads goign from the pwms to the motors desoldered themselves, that's how hot the motor got...and glue has a much lower heat tolerance than solder, plus it could theoritically catch fire or it could get inside the motor and that's the end of that motor...some teams have used the exterior of a soda can to make heatsinks...and zipttie it on. Other teams have welded together aluminum heatsinks and made them so that they "clasp" on shut to the motors.
