Yes you can actually. You need to get a program that I use all the time call Virtual Dub (
www.virtualdub.com). Once you have that simply open the file, and do this..
Video -> Filters -> Add.. -> Rotate (and select whatever rotation you want).
Once that's done, the easiest thing is to select a compression method
Video -> Compression
If you don't, an un-encoded avi is a very big file, but you can always get a MPEG encoder to make a .mpg file. Hope this helps!
