The SIMPLEST and quickest method I've used in the past is to just run a 3/4" (or is it 1/2") aluminum shaft through the center of the gearbox. (The holes in the plastic need to enlarged a bit. Then simply couple your sprocket to the white slotted output projection on the gearbox. I've made special adapters for it, but also used the black plastic adapter that comes in the kit too. You can probably just screw your sprocket to the adapter as long as you leave some space for the chain. (Big washers are handy).
The secret is to just let the FP motor sit on the shaft. The shaft is stationary. You need to keep the FP motor from rotating, but nylon ties work great for this. Just strap the motor to any frame part thats handy. Since the shaft isn't rotating, you have to make sure the sprocket rotates freely on the shaft too.
That's the easy way. Not elegant, but functional. Sorry I don't have pictures with me. I hope this helps.
A more elegant method is to make a 10 sided adapter that fits the white output projection and use bushings or bearings to ride on the shaft. But it's a lot more machining.

Warning about the FP motors. I have never been able to get even 1/2 the rated torque from these motors. I've used them 4 times.
