It sure sounds like the ultimate "common sense" rule.
This is exactly the way things should be.
"It's so cool, we'll let you bend the rules..." isn't fair to anyone.
I'm glad FIRST has emphasized this, and I know for a fact they are working extra hard this year to ensure consistency from regional to regional and week to week.
Should be a great season for everyone!
