You can find if they have a website. Great way to scout. You can search the previous post. Many teams have posted teasers. Or you can find a e-mail or PM a member of the teams you are asking for. You are more likely to get an answer that way. Most teams will not respond to a post such as this asking to give up their robots design and secrets. Another route would to post a picture(s) of your teams robot and start a discusission. More teams will be willing to share their robot with you if you share yours first. Just some suggestions.

We were told to use the scouting forums to find teams. Scouting is an important part of FIRST and any team that is unwilling to work with other teams is not being graciously professional.
