I mailed disney about the ham radios and here is the responce I recieved:

Dear Alexander,

Thank you for contacting WALT DISNEY WORLD!

Guests are welcome to use personal, hand-held radios (or transceivers, "walkie-talkies," etc.) while visiting our theme parks, provided they do notinterfere with our existing radio communications system. We recommend that guests use the approved frequency of between 462 and 463 megahertz.

If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Please include your full name, E-Mail address, and reservation number if applicable on all correspondence.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Betsy Mayer

My name is Alex (KC2FWL) and I am a member of the F.I.R.S.T. robotics team#329, Me and other HAM's from other teams plan to create a radio net, Inoticed that you have some repeaters on premisis, we wanted to know if we can use one of then durring the F.I.R.S.T. compitition in epcot that will take place 4/25/02-4/27/02. We will be using the radios to provide servicesto teams there and to allow easy communications between teams around the park. I dont know if there are any problems with this or if you would like to assign us a frequency in the 2m band.
-If this message does not concern you please foward it to the correct
