Might you be thinking of the Tower of Terror? Fun ride. A couple of great things to do on that ride:
Take a quarter or penny or something, and when it releases you, hold it in the air and remove your hand, it will float.
The other thing is to sit there and pose *sp* for the camera, you make bored faces with other people around you flipping out. Good times, good times...
You can also move your knees up a little to make the bar not so tight, that feels funny, floating...(I do not condone this action, for it is breaking the rules of Disney and Disney theme parks
)
