Do you mean "worst injury that your team has sustained" or "worst injury that you have sustained"?

As for my team a student caught his finger in an end mill a few years ago. He had shut the machine off but tried to measure something while it was still coasting. It sliced his finger good and required stiches and he was lucky it wasn't worse.

As for me I fell backwords when I was little and gashed my head open on the coffee table. I had to get stiches and the coffee table was permanently removed from the living room.
