At this point, the best thing you can do is call Innovation First, get an RMA number, and send it to them for repair. If you are really, really, really nice to them when you call, and explain the situation, they just might send you a replacement immediately while fixing your RC, rather than making you wait until the repairs are completed before returning your original unit.
