agreed ... .but its all worth it in the end ...

i also learned that:
- sleep is not a neccessity ...
- robotics is life
- homework can wait
- parents get angry when grades slip
- duct tape can be scary when used inappropriately
- engineers become a lot of fun at midnight
- never let me sing when i am really hyper because i am guaranteed to ruin your favourite song
- engineers get upset when their pizza is delivered two hours late
- i will not be a good wife because i cannot solder (but i can cook and clean)
- after six weeks you have made some of the best friends ever
- classes are optional when you have more important stuff to do
- we have some of THE greatest engineers and mentors on our team
- knocking on a door works better than running into it (you dont want to know the story behind this one ... trust me on that)
- when having a race .. watch out for stairs ..... especially if you are wearing 5 inch heels .......
- once your team finds out you are terrified of spiders .. they will bug you about it forever
- I LOVE FIRST (okay i knew that before ... but i had to say it again)

** i know its not one .. but its what i learned **

/edit: i also learned that you can touch both terminals on one of the charged batteries at the same time and NOT die .......

I am also interested in operator/safety captain badges, pins, or any other handouts your team may have given out that you would be willing to mail to Canada.
