As a former Clevelander, I can say that the Tower City Shops are a good place to hang. They have the Hard Rock there, along with many other stores. Plus they have cool fountains in the front that dance to music.
I also recomend the Science Center (VERY good one BTW) and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
