I'd be wearing whatever was clean
. Shorts, pants, it's all the same for me. I've worn my bathing suit in the snow cause I didn't want to get my pants all wet. However the southerners will most likely find it to be freezing, relative to what they are used to, especially on the Chesapeake where there tends to be a cool breeze. Oh, and that nasty storm that's coming our way.
