PS- Does anyone know a good program to make themes and boot screens for windows? I know how to do that in OSX but not on xp.

I use BootXP for my boots, so I don't make my own, but I think this site's tutorial may help you (?). I think there's a demo for PSP somewhere. If not, just try everyone's favorite graphical editing program, MSPaint.
And...I'm iPaq illiterate, so could someone tell me how to activate this theme? I have an iPaq H3900. Can I use the theme? Please help me! IM me on AIM or something, or just email me if you can help
