There could be your a dot (

) next to, say, the "Add to rep." button that is either green, red, or not there. Hovering over it could tell you the number of positive/negative rep points given to that post.
I like the idea, but I want to just state now that if you happen to think of displaying the names of people who have given reps to a post, don't. (Just being pro-active.
