It is apparent to me when I view this sheet that there are probably 2-3 teams who should be ranked higher. Teams who competed in the first 2 weeks and who were picked to play in the eliminatin rounds may not have recieved credit for this. If anyone can help me to fill in the missing information, I will update the spreadsheet.
