Florida weather will be hot. Though the pits in the morning are really cold, outside in the heat is awful. During the final matchs when we were watching the other teams, we wanted to just be in the pits so we could cool off but that barely happened.
You should be fine with black shirts as long as you keep hydrated.
For the most part the divisions are done randomly except for the regional winners thing.
