Ok after doing some research by both sitting with and participating with this is what i got thus far

CHIEFDELPHI - THE ORANGEST / BLACKEST TEAM EVER HERD AND SEEN - Anyone who tries to challenge CD's Team Spirit will fail. They are the most Team Spirited Team out there. You would have better chances in being one with CD then to be against them :-) I know this from the 2001 NYC Regional Experience. If I had to let MOE and CD do a Spirit Contest CD would win the Cheers part and MOE would only walk away with the Noise Makers part. However as years go by MOE will eventually beat CD in a undeclared Spirit Contest
