I don't know if there would be enough time for me to do it, I am still not done with my team's website. If a group of talented PHP programmers could meet over the summer and discuss the system in detail and share the workload, then it could happen. I wouldn't mind leading the design of the system, but only if there are other good people willing to see this thing through.
