Dez250 had an earlier pick and wanted to drop 201 and get 388.
Then T967 made his pick of 388.
Then ah27 wanted to drop his pick and get 388.
Since T967 hadn't had his pick yet, when Dez250 decided to drop to get 388, then Dez250 should get 388 and T967 would have to get another team.
