Yea, anyone on my team that was on the floor noticed it. If we were watching a match and needed to roll the bot up in the queue, we'd always get a zap when we grabbed the aluminum frame. Sometimes, we had some fun and discharged ourselfs on each other ..
We just got used to it. Since nothing electrical was grounded to the frame .. we didnt worry about damage. Just touch the frame before plugging in the teather.
