Alright guys and gals, here is a news break. FIRST isn't the only activity out there. I am a fellow senior, going to college. For those of us who are going to engineering colleges, I assure you that there will be plenty of opportunities to participate in activities similar to FIRST. They may not be as fun and exciting as FIRST. FIRST is a stepping stone to better, bigger, more important, and challenging tasks. Step out of the small world of FIRST where you build robots that play a game. Step into the world of college and beyond where you design and build anything, anything that this world is in need of. FIRST teaches the scientific/engineering processes, and the dynamics of working in a team. Your participation in FIRST has been preparation for the future. So now that your leaving it, remember it, learn from it, and look forward to a better future because you did it.
