Or, even better...loot from the older robots and create a superheavyweight multibot (like the makers of Voltronic, Nightmare, and Das Bot (iirc) did with The Swarm, as seen on www.robotcombat.com).

I'd be afraid to see what SPAM and ComBBAT could cook up if they were allowed to go nuts. Both had pretty solid designs and a rabid fan base!
