Actually that is for the feedback from out custom circuit board. We have feedback LED's for when each one of our four drive motors are tripping the 30 amp breaker. That way the driver knows to back off. That is also what the LED's on the panel are for. So the arm driver can say, "Hey! Look at your glasses and back off!" In a very polite and gracious way of course.
